This bracket bolts to the deck of your Surly Big Fat Dummy and provides a raised position for your Yepp seat to clamp on. The foot rests on the Yepp seat are still a little narrower than the BFD deck, but this adapter raises the seat enough that you can slightly bend out the foot rests to get over the deck.
